- The make and model of the connected device you’re using.
- A description of the network connection your device is using (wireless, wired).
- The make and model of any special audio equipment (home theater, etc.) you may have.
- The name of the movie/show you were watching.
- A description of the issue – (e.g., “No sound plays in the middle” or “There is no audio in the movie”).
