HOW CAN I TROUBLESHOOT AUDIO PROBLEMS?

There are many reasons why you could be experiencing audio issues.

In order for us to best troubleshoot your audio issue, please email us at support@dovechannel.com with the following info:

  1. The make and model of the connected device you’re using.
  2. A description of the network connection your device is using (wireless, wired).
  3. The make and model of any special audio equipment (home theater, etc.) you may have.
  4. The name of the movie/show you were watching.
  5. A description of the issue – (e.g., “No sound plays in the middle” or “There is no audio in the movie”).
