I'M EXPERIENCING SLOW VIDEO PLAYBACK

If you’re having issues with playback quality or speed, try this:

  1. Reset your connected device.
  2. Reset the cable modem or router and keep the power unplugged for at least 30 seconds.
  3. Test video playback again.

If you’re still experiencing problems, send us an email at support@dovechannel.com with some important info:

  1. The make & model of your device.
  2. The type of network connection your device is connected to (wireless, wired).
  3. Let us know your home internet speed. You can visit https://fast.com/ on your connected device to determine your network speed. Please let us know if the number you see is for "Mbps" or "Kbps".
