If you’re having issues with playback quality or speed, try this:
- Reset your connected device.
- Reset the cable modem or router and keep the power unplugged for at least 30 seconds.
- Test video playback again.

- The make & model of your device.
- The type of network connection your device is connected to (wireless, wired).
- Let us know your home internet speed. You can visit https://fast.com/ on your connected device to determine your network speed. Please let us know if the number you see is for "Mbps" or "Kbps".
